There will always be new opportunities

There will always be new opportunities that come along, and while it will be tough in the short term, I’ll find a new job and new opportunities. I’ve found that we exaggerate our fears and the worst-case scenario is actually very unlikely to happen. So name your fear and use logic to work it out. You’ll find that even your worst fears have a way out.

Keep track of your gratitude.

When you’re feeling fearful, take a moment to reflect and write down the things you’re grateful for. As much as we like to dwell on fear, taking a fresh look and focusing on gratitude will help you realize that life isn’t as bad as it seems. It will help you reframe your thinking and get you out of an endless cycle of negativity.

Fear is a part of life and everyone experiences it.
