Even though we have only been called yuutel since August 2019 , our company has been around
We have been conducting an independent customer satisfaction survey every year for almost as long. This time, 330 customers took part in the survey.
The turbulent year 2023 was also a challenge for yuutel. We are all the more pleased that, despite the difficult conditions, our customers have consistently given us positive reviews – and that we have even been able to improve in some areas compared to the previous year!
We would like to thank our customers for always taking the time to complete the survey! The feedback not only makes a significant contribution to checking the quality of our work, it also encourages us to continuously improve .
Competent, reliable, fast & friendly
This is how our customers rate our performance for 2023! Our customers perceive us as particularly competent, reliable, fast and friendly and reward our efforts with an overall grade of 1.3 (Austrian school grading system). Whether accessibility, response time, competence, friendliness or dealing with requests and problems – our customers rate us almost exclusively as “very good” or “good” in all areas.
97% recommendation from our customers
We are particularly proud of the great results in terms of recommendations: 97% of the customers surveyed would recommend our company and our paraguay phone number library products to friends and business partners at any time.
Our customers justify this with our “personal customer service”, “uncomplicated accessibility” and, according to their own statements, are “ simply satisfied with the yuutel solutions”.

We are always there for our customers – this has not changed even in times of hybrid working methods! Thanks to our flexible our customer management team can also provide our customers with the usual high quality support from their home office.
Our customers also praise the excellent accessibility (grade 1.22) and high reliability (grade 1.14) of our customer management . The friendliness (grade 1.04) and competence (grade 1.31) of our customer service employees are also particularly emphasized .
We place great value on personal customer service! We are therefore delighted that almost three quarters (70%) of our customers know their customer service representative personally by name ! This represents an increase of a whopping 10% compared to the previous year.

Top values for technical reliability
We have also received a lot of praise for the stability of our telephone network , the call quality of the nd the technical reliability . And if a problem does for informational queries users who occur, our customers appreciate our “quick action” and “uncomplicated solution”.
We are not resting on our laurels!
We are very pleased with the praise we receive every year in our customer satisfaction survey. At the same time, we know that not everything always runs perfectly. We want to learn from our mistakes!
For example, we are already working on making our shopping data offers and invoices more understandable and clearer – a specific request from the survey.
