I write reminder letters almost every day. If I haven’t received a response in two days, I type: “Hello! Vasya, unfortunately I haven’t received a response from you to my previous letter. I’m really looking forward to it and I can’t do this or that without it.”
Sometimes Vasya doesn’t respond even after this letter. I wait a day and write: “automate email, I really appreciate your time, but it’s very important for me to get an answer from you because of this and that. If you don’t answer me, our client will go off into the sunset and we won’t see him again.”
After the second iteration, they usually respond
If there is no response, here is the third iteration in another day: “Hi! Vasya, if you don’t have time to respond, please write to whom I can contact. I think it’s fufufu to delay a response to the customer because of our internal red tape.”
Between take email marketing service iterations, automate email of course, you can call and check the fate of the letter. But Vasya will not always be able to pick up the phone. Or he may even deliberately not pick it up.
If the correspondence is not with a colleague
But with a customer, the template changes slightly, but the essence remains the same: time is an irreplaceable resource, if we do not receive an answer, our project will be delayed.
Some time ago I got tired of typing these letters by hand and remembered about a wonderful function – autocorrect. It is available in any operating the corporate online marketing strategies system and some applications, for example, in Word.
I set up auto-replacement for each iteration of the reminder for colleagues and for customers. The algorithm is as follows:
Npmkll1 (reminder to colleague in first iteration) -> is replaced by “Hello! Vasya, unfortunately I haven’t received a reply from you to my previous letter. I’m really looking forward to it and I can’t do it without it.
Npmzkz1 (reminder to the customer in the egypt data first iteration) -> automate email is replaced by “Good day! Vasily, unfortunately I did not receive a response from you to my previous letter. Tell me, is the question still relevant for you? I am really looking forward to your response.”
