Seal of approval for outstanding customer service
Top Service Austria is more than an award – it has been THE award for service quality and customer orientation in Austria for a decade . Both the customer netherlands phone number library assessments and the self-assessment of the participating companies are taken into account in the study design. In short: it is a scientifically base customer and management survey.
The survey results serve as a basis for a comparable scoring system. Companies that reach the require threshold are allowe to use the TSÖ seal of quality for one year for excellent service and consistent customer orientation.
Online survey of customers and management
Each participating company, including yuutel, receive a company questionnaire from TSÖ containing specific questions about customer orientation. At the same time, a random selection was made from yuutel customers and this sample was surveye online from January to March 2024, with the highest level of data protection guarantee at all times. 103 of these online questionnaires were ultimately answere in full.

In the Top 5 categoryyuutel was able to successfully defend second place in 2024. We were able to increase the recommendation rate (NPS) by 7 points and customer loyalty by 8 points.

With 95 index points, the overall satisfaction of yuutel customers is well above the B2B benchmark (83 points) and even above the average of all companies in the considering which cloud backup service top 10 (91 points). yuutel also achieve outstanding results in the service index, which measures the quality of services, as well as in the fairness and trust score (see table above).
Due to the excellent ratings from our customers, yuutel was awarde the Austrian seal of quality Top Service Austria 2024 for excellent service and consistently practiced customer orientation. With this award, yuutel is officially one of the most customer-oriente companies in Austria!
